WHAT ARE PRE-CLOSE INSPECTIONS?
A pre-close home inspection thoroughly examines a new construction home before the final sale closing. The inspection aims to identify any potential issues or deficiencies with the property and ensure that the buyer is fully aware of the home’s condition before finalizing the purchase.
WHY SHOULD I GET THIS SERVICE?
Many trades are involved in constructing a new home, and often many homes are built at once. Our professional inspectors spend hours examining the major systems and components of the property, including the roof, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, structural elements, and more. If we are not permitted to walk the roof, it will be inspected utilizing a high-quality 4k drone. The inspection findings are compiled into a written report that the home buyer can use to negotiate repairs with the builder before closing.
WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“We had Jim at Brown & Co inspect our finished new build. They did a fantastic job, were very thorough and their deliverable is professional and clear. Tons of photos and verbiage that were sent to the builder for corrections. I highly recommend them and also highly suggest you always use a 3rd party home inspector, especially on a new build. They found quite a few items that needed attention and I wouldn’t have know for look for. Very thankful we had them inspect our new home.”
